We worked with Sara when we were selling our condo and the experience was just amazing. She truly was an advocate for her clients and was able to negotiate the best deal on our behalf. Throughout the entire process she was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pretty much held our hand until the very end. Needless to say that when we were ready to purchase our home we did not think twice and contacted Sara again. And she did not disappoint. The seller had a very difficult broker representing them, but Sara was able to work with him and get us the best deal while maintaining her professional demeanor. Moreover, way after the deal was done, whenever we had any questions, whether it was about some paperwork, or zoning, or whatever else, we just texted Sara. She always responded within minutes and, either had an answer for us, or was able to direct us to the right place to get the answer. Both times we felt that Sara had not her commission, but OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely happy with Sara, and should we decide to sell or buy again, we will just text her!!!

Sara is very detailed oriented and super easy to work with. Sara is always available and we never had any communication issues. I needed to sell my home asap when Sara stepped up to the task. My experience with her was extremely positive. Having owned my home for 25 years I didn’t know any real estate agents I would want to work with. I met Sara by chance and it turned out to be the best thing to happen to me in the process of my selling transaction. Not only that my home sold in less than 3 weeks, it sold almost at my full asking price and inadvertently raised the comps for my area. Needless to say escrow closed right on time. I couldn’t have asked for anybody more professional than Sara.

Sara helped me buy and sell my condo in Woodland Hills. As someone new to the area she was extremely helpful in her knowledge of the local real estate market and very patient when explaining things to me as a first time home buyer. When I planned to move again for work I decided to sell my condo and the first person I turned to was Sara. I remember my wife and I we invite Sara come to our home the first time to discuss put our home in the market for sale, she came in explained almost everything about prepare the house before put in to market and how many percent she going to charge for commission where the commission go to. This was my second time working with Sara. She is an AMAZING person! I was so worried that no‐one would want my house because it was such a mess, being a partially finished construction remodel. Sara had more than enough confidence for both of us! She is so professional and knowledgeable. She told me not to worry because she was sure that she could get me multiple offers on the property. Sara held 3 open houses during the first week, and 9 days after we listed the property I had 4 offers, each one higher than the previous one!
