“What I enjoy about Woodland Hills is that there is everything you may need close by. Additionally, Woodland Hills is very close to neighboring cities so drives aren’t long. However what I most enjoy is that I am close to the beach. The canyon is only ten minuted from my house which makes having beach days easy and convenient! My neighborhood is a quiet one which makes going on walks very enjoyable. Since I live in the hills, there is a hiking trail at the top of my street which is a great place to go and watch the sunset as well as view the city lights later at night. Overall, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”
“Fabulous neighborhood. Plenty of trees, excellent schools, people always outside with children and pets walking, playing, gardening. Community of varied ages. Lived here now for 8 years. Love it!
