This Woodland Hills neighborhood is located south of Ventura Boulevard between Canoga Avenue and Serrania Avenue north of Dumetz Rd. it’s nestled just south of the Ventura Freeway and is primarily residential. This neighborhood is home to about 1500 residents were 65 present on their own homes. This neighborhood is not to be confused with Canoga Park, a diverse neighborhood in the western part of the San Fernando Valley region. The neighborhood is an interesting layout with typical East and West blocks surrounding the community but a small section right in the center with winding roads up to the hillsides along Escobedo Dr., Marmol Drive, and Lopez Street. About one third of the homes have backyard swimming pools and being less than a minute or two from Ventura Boulevard, most residents are close to services and amenities when needed.
