The Poe Avenue neighborhood is surprisingly enough, located on Poe Ave. in Woodland Hills. Nestled just north of the Corbin Canyon Park off of Wells Drive, south of Ventura Freeway and Ventura Boulevard, this luxury neighborhood nestled into the hills offer about 50 homesites stretching from Winnetka Avenue to Wells Drive connected by Dell Morano Drive in the middle.
Homes are typically priced between $1.6 million and $3 million with homesites of one quarter to one third of an acre. Several homes have homeowners association dues with no more than about $50 per month. And most residents are no more than about 5 to 10 minutes from the services and amenities upon Ventura Boulevard.
Head south out of the neighborhood and you can check out the Winnetka Avenue trail that winds itself through the Canyon Park.
