Valley Circle and Valley Circle West our communities in Woodland Hills California on the west and east side of Valley Cir., Boulevard. Located on the northwest side of Woodland Hills, this community is primarily residential and sits just south of Knapp Ranch on the edge of the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve. To the north end of Valley Cir., Boulevard is the St. Bernadine of Siena Children’s Center, the Catholic community, the St. Bernadine school, and the West Valley Chinese Academy.

Homes in the Valley Circle West community start at about $980,000 up to $4 million whereas those on the east side of Valley Cir., Boulevard start a little less, typically around $750,000. Most of the homes were built in the 1950s and 1960s, however, there are a few older homes that have been demolished and more modern homes have been built in their place.  Many of the homes have backyard swimming pools, larger lots, and two-car garages. Lots tend to range between one-quarter of an acre and ½ acre and there are typically no homeowner association dues with any of the homes in Valley Circle West.

Residents are part of the Los Angeles public school system and students are assigned to the Lockhurst elementary school, the Hale middle school, and the El Camino high school, located within the community. The Hale Charter Academy is right across Valley Cir., Boulevard from the west side of the community and there are several preschools including Best Years Preschool and the Woodlake Avenue elementary school all close by.

Nearby

Residents can travel south along Valley Cir., Boulevard to the entrance of the Ventura Freeway as well as several shops and restaurants, the Commons at Calabasas and the Calabasas Parkway shopping center. Residents also have access to Ventura Boulevard, which parallels the freeway offering several shops and restaurants, access to medical facilities, golf courses, and parks.
