Forest Hills, also known as Forest Hills Estates, is a community and small neighborhood in Woodland Hills California sitting just at the top peak of Corbin Canyon Park. It’s accessible via one street just off of Wells Drive to the south. By Following Oakdale Ave. S., Forest Hills breaks often to several neighboring branches along Queen Victoria Rd., Deodar Lane, and Queens Florence Lane. It’s practically on the border of Tarzana. This neighborhood comes to an end along Queen Victoria Road, the brakes off into a trail down in Corbin Canyon Park. This trail travels south several miles and meets up with Winnetka Avenue Trail.

This collection of about 50 homesites were built in the late 1950s to the 1970s and nearly all have backyard swimming pools price from about $1.6 million. Homes and on larger lots up to 1 acre and homeowner association dues are approximately $20 per month, paid annually. Please check with current listings as these fees can change and increase over time. The association fees cover all management and any common areas.

Forest Hills Schools

Residents are part of the Los Angeles public school system and school-age children in Forest Hills are assigned to the Serrania Avenue Charter school for grades kindergarten through 5th, the Woodland Hills charter Academy for grades 6 through 8, and the Taft senior high school about half a mile away. The Independence Continuation School is also an option.

The Taft high school is probably the closest amenity at less than half a mile but right up on Ventura Boulevard, which passes by the high school, our multiple shops, amenities, restaurants, stores, and markets. Highway 101 or the Ventura Freeway is also just a couple of minutes north. Residents to Forest Hills are no more than a couple of minutes for most daily amenities with easy access to the freeway onto downtown Los Angeles and neighboring communities and towns.
